Photo of grandmother holding picture of her late husband is breaking hearts

Alicia Salas captured a photo of her grandmother that is so powerful, you will weep while you are retweeting it.

Josie Reza, who just turned 85, had a special birthday celebration, Salas told BuzzFeed News.

Salas said her family surprised Reza with a mariachi band -- which was the last memory Salas' grandmother shared with her late grandfather before he died.

The band played "Las Mañanitas," which was special to Reza.

"She enjoyed the music with my grandfather," Salas told BuzzFeed News. "She misses him very much every day... we all miss him."

While the music was playing, Salas captured a shot of her grandmother clutching a photo of her late husband, holding him close to her heart.
