Surprisingly, the man behind the patented masterpiece of America's two favorite foods is not American.
Mark Murray hails from Australia, where he first introduced the idea on the television show 'Shark Tank'.
Even though the investors of the show laughed at his face and denied funding, you can still find hamdogs at sporting events and markets in Australia.
Murray hopes to bring the hamdog to the U.S. in 2017
Now the only question is do we eat it like a hot dog or burger?
