OnlyOnAOL: Kors on why Bella Hadid is the model of the moment
By: Donna Freydkin
Michael Kors knows how to throw a party.
His show is a perennial Fashion Week highlight. This time, Sienna Miller and Emily Blunt sat in the front row, and Rufus Wainwright played live.
"For me, music is always such an inspiration. I wanted this collection to feel romantic and optimistic. We've never done live music. He's been a friend for a long time. He's a singular talent. Rehearsal alone last night blew me away," says Kors. (See our interview with Wainwright above).
And of course, model of the moment Bella Hadid walked in the show. She stumbled in her black heels, but being the pro she is, got right back up and finished up her catwalk appearance.
"She is gorgeous, obviously. These girls are so smart. They're worldly and really professional. And she's fun," Kors said before the show.
