Christian Siriano's designs for spring are truly iconic

Turquoise, white, black and orange. No four colors are usually so apparent in a collection as they are in Christian Siriano's Spring/Summer 2017 line.

Striking, solid-orange gowns took center stage at the Project Runway vet's show Saturday afternoon at ArtBeam, alongside eye-popping turquoise frills -- but, of course, in the minimal way that only Siriano manages to achieve.

It was a refreshing color palette for the steamy Manhattan weather, but perhaps even more refreshing was the designer's choice in models, some of which looked exactly as you might expect a supermodel to look while others looked a lot like, well, us.

Several models on the curvier side strutted down the runway looking fierce, sporting gowns with thigh-high slits up the leg and playful side cutouts.

As always, Christian Siriano has caught our eyes and won our hearts. Click through the gallery above to see all the looks!
