If you were just going to guess Michelle Obama's true personal fashion style based on what the pictures are of her typically are you would think J.Crew Model. Mostly because she wears that brand a lot.

InStyle Magazine wanted to find out and put the First Lady on its latest cover where she stuns. When asked about her personal style and what she would wear when she is not in front of a camera, she dished on her clothes.

"Very casual. No makeup, a t-shirt, and a pair of ripped jean shorts or workout pants because I'm always on the verge of going to or coming from working out," she said. She added she tends not to worry about the latest trends.

In the interview she also talks about selfie queens and how generation Z takes in their information. "We've got to meet our constituents where they are, and they're on Snapchat," she said.

She also added "What works for an 18-year-old selfie queen may not for a 52-year-old first lady who is a mom of teenagers she is trying to be a good role model for."

The issue hits newsstands September 16th.
