This loaf is the ultimate afternoon tea time treat or after dinner bite. It's made with just a handful of ingredients including almond flour, chocolate chips and bananas for some natural sweetness. Almond Flour: Almond flour is brimming with heart-healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats which help lower bad cholesterol in the bloodstream. It is also an excellent source of fiber and protein. Vitamin E is a standout which is a fat-soluble vitamin and antioxidant that protects our cell membranes from free radical damage. Vitamin E is also needed for the structural and functional maintenance of skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle.

Maple Syrup: Maple syrup is a great sweetener alternative to refined sugar. It boasts nutrients like calcium, iron, zinc and manganese.
