Nike's new ad features an 86-year-old woman nicknamed the 'Iron Nun'
Nike's new advertisement, which is now going viral, proves age is just a number. That's because their inspirational message features an 86-year-old woman who is in better shape than any of us will ever be.
It's part of the company's "Unlimited" campaign, and this exceptional lady is the star of one of their films, defying beauty and age misconceptions worldwide.
Fans have nicknamed her the 'Iron Nun', because Sister Madonna Buder has completed over 45 Ironman races. She finished her first race at 55, broke records in the 80-84 age range, amongst other accomplishments.
Despite her age, she is inspiring people everywhere with her words of wisdom and energy. "The only failure is not to try, because your effort in itself is a success," she said. "One step at a time makes a marathon."
