The basics of healthy eating are pretty simple.

Seeds, like their more vaunted cousins, nuts, are a natural product of most plants, and can often be found inside a fruit or seed pod.

They come in a vast range, some of which are inedible or even poisonous, and some of which can give you all sorts of hard-to-come-by nutritional benefits. Plenty are well known, like sunflower seeds, while some are just starting to be fully recognized for their healthy contents!
