You can spend a New York City summer day at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, soaking in culture and world class paintings-- or you can head to a different kind of museum and just eat ice cream all day long.

Most would probably pick the latter.

The Museum of Ice Cream is coming to New York City this August, and for one month it is promising visitors a lickable, likeable, shareable ice cream-centric experience.

This place already sounds like the world's best field trip.

If you still want your art fix and building a sundae just doesn't cut it, there's more to see than just ice cream. The museum will feature work from artists and designers who have created sculptures, paintings, murals and more – all around America's favorite summer treat.

One of the exhibits will be procured by the popular dating app, Tinder. It will be called "Tinder Land," and ice cream lovers can discover their true flavor match with a custom app.

You don't have to be single to get in on this Tinder fun. Even couples can enjoy Tinder Land as they seesaw together in an ice cream scooper.

Of course, the ice cream paradise does require you purchase a ticket. At just $18 a person, the experience is kind of a steal.

A giant, swimmable rainbow sprinkle pool? There are some things in life you just can't put a price on.
