This delicious meal really feels like a treat, though it’s not particularly difficult to make. This would be perfect for a Sunday night family dinner. The meat is cooked in a skillet, while the noodles are cooked separately, but everything ends up back in the skillet to get “married” together.
This is another fun one to make with kids, and wait until you see the look on their face when they see the giant cookie! It couldn’t be easier, since the batter mixes right up in the pan you’re cooking it in.
For this indulgent skillet dinner, white and sweet potato wedges are crisped in the oven, then removed to the stove top, where the rest of the meal is built. First, drained sauerkraut is layered over the potatoes, followed by a homemade Russian dressing, cubed corned beef, and shredded Emmentaler cheese. Then the whole thing is browned in the oven. Yum!
This delicious skillet meal takes less than an hour to make! First, brown chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet, remove, then add smoky bacon, mushrooms, peppers, garlic and onions and sautee. Add tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes and delicious red wine, then return the chicken to the pan and cook through. You can serve right out of the pan, how easy is that?
