When Bruce Faris turned 50 he realized he needed to downsize, so he sold his farm and built his quaint tiny home in Ohio. Faris' 325-square-foot home, nicknamed "Cherry Hill" because of its location, boasts a country porch, red roofs and an open floor plan.
