If you’re still looking for a sweet deal on the latest tech after Thanksgiving weekend, here are some deals we’ve confirmed, plus our predictions for other bargains you can expect to see, based on this year’s Black Friday deals and last year’s Cyber Monday specials. LENOVO YOGA 720

Sale Price: $850 | Buy it from Lenovo
Reg. Price: $1,550 ($700 savings)
Lenovo laptops get good marks from professional reviewers and consumers alike, and this particular model is a terrific Cyber Monday deal at nearly 50 percent off. The 13.3-inch laptop has an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of memory, and a 256GB solid-state drive, which is big enough to store plenty of photos, videos, and other files. Although a small minority complain that the battery life is disappointing, users love the crisp display and say the laptop is lightweight and very portable.

GOOGLE PIXEL 3/HOME HUB COMBO

Sale Price: $800 | Buy it from Google
Reg. Price: $1,000 ($200 savings)
Google is offering some pretty impressive Black Friday deals on the latest version of its Pixel smartphone and has another discount planned for Cyber Monday: Buy any Pixel 3 (or Pixel 3 XL, which is $100 more), and Google will throw in a free Home Hub (a $150 value) plus $50 in Google Store credit.

GAMING CONSOLES

Some retailers have already discounted consoles like the Nintendo Switch for Black Friday, and we anticipate similar savings on competing gaming systems. Last year, Walmart tempted Cyber Monday shoppers with an in-store-only deal on the XBox One S, marked down to $189, nearly $100 off the regular price. Walmart also discounted the Sony Playstation 4 Pro by $50.

ULTRA-HD AND 4K TVs

TVs are always a hot item at the holidays. This year, look for the best deals on 4K and ultra-high-definition (UHD) models, which are cheaper than they’ve ever been. (Plain old HDTV is so 5 years ago!) Expect doorbuster pricing especially on 55-inch models. Walmart, for instance, has one Sharp TV on special for just $250 for Black Friday, and deal watchers say they expect to see a similar Cyber Monday bargain.

ROBOTIC VACUUMS

Amazon was quick to mark down iRobot’s Roomba robotic vacuums for Black Friday, and we expect the retail giant and rivals like Target to offer similar deals on Cyber Monday. Look for discounts on older but still highly rated models like the Roomba 890, which is on sale for $150 off the regular price of $500 for Black Friday.

HEADPHONES

Last year, Walmart knocked $100 off the price of Bose Quiet Comfort noise-canceling headphones, selling them for just $179 on Cyber Monday. Walmart watchers say there will probably be a similar bargain again on Bose headphones, most likely on one of the Bluetooth models like the Bose SoundSport wireless headphones, which the retailer is selling for $150 (25 percent off) during Black Friday.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS

In the past few years, Bluetooth speakers have become quite sophisticated, and some have remarkably good sound quality. Last year, Dell had a steal of a Cyber Monday deal on the splash-proof JBL Xtreme Bluetooth speaker, selling it for $150 — half off the usual price. This year for Black Friday, Dell has a similar deal on the Bose SoundLink Revolve + Bluetooth speaker. Keep an eye on Dell and other retailers for similar deals on Cyber Monday.

TABLETS

Amazon marked down all its Fire tablets in advance of Black Friday (and Best Buy, Walmart, and Target quickly matched the bargain prices). Shoppers can also find discounts on older-generation Apple iPads and iPad Minis. Expect these deals to continue or be replaced by similar markdowns on Cyber Monday.

DIGITAL HOME ASSISTANTS

Amazon, Facebook, and Google all slashed the prices on their proprietary smart-home hubs — Echo, Google Home, Portal, and so on — well in advance of Black Friday. Some discounts were impressive, like half off Amazon's Echo Dot; others less so. Last year, Amazon and Walmart extended these discounts through Cyber Monday, and you can bet they’ll do the same this year. The only caveat: Many products, like the Google Home Mini, sold out before Cyber Monday even rolled around.

STORE-WIDE DISCOUNTS

Look for Target to offer 15 percent off to all Cyber Monday shoppers online, plus an extra 5 percent off for REDcard members on every purchase, including items already on sale. And don’t forget that Cyber Monday includes bricks-and-mortar stores, too. Best Buy and Walmart both touted in-store-only deals on hot items like TVs and gaming consoles.
