Carl's Jr. wants the name of its latest burger in The Merriam Webster dictionary
Carl's Jr. fans rejoice, the U.S.-based fast food chain is bringing back one beloved item: the Pastrami Thickburger.
That's right, for a limited time at participating locations, customers can order the combo that hasn't been available since 2006. The meal comes complete with a drink and side of fries.
To honor this one-third pound of premium 100 percent Black Angus Beef topped with open rack oven smoked pastrami, Carl’s Jr. is celebrating all things meat on meat and launching a petition to get 'Condimeat' added to The Merriam Webster dictionary.
It's time, @MerriamWebster ...
To officially put "CONDIMEAT" in that word-book of yours. If "hangry" and "zoodles" can make the cut, this should be a no-brainer. pic.twitter.com/Ze3nFxB9pM— Carl’s Jr. (@CarlsJr) October 9, 2018
What's Condimeat you ask? It's pretty simple: meat on meat, the additional protein one puts on top of an already protein-packed, 100 percent black angus charbroiled burger.
Check out more on the meat-filled burger on the food chain's official Twitter page.
