Profession to Passion: Wall Street businessman turned in his suit to make pizza

Updated

Most people just imagine their dream job from time to time -- but some are willing to risk it all to pursue their dreams.

In the newest episode of AOL's Profession to Passion you'll explore the unconventional careers of the few who have said goodbye to their traditional nine to fives to pursue their passions.

Mason Wartman quit his prestigious job on Wall Street to pursue his dream of opening up a pizza parlor in the heart of Philadelphia. Having never before worked in a restaurant, the change was dramatic. But at the end of the day, he feels fulfilled, because Rosa's Fresh Pizza also has a mission -- to help end hunger through pizza!

He began a program that helps feed the homeless people who stop in and may be short money by providing a way for previous customers to pay for an extra slice. Since the program began, 175,000 slices have been given away.

Learn more about how Mason made the change from finance to pizza in the episode above of "Profession to Passion!"
