Bradley's homemade tiny house in Jacksonville, FL is the perfect college space

For most college students, finding an affordable one-bedroom is nearly impossible -- but for Bradley Langenberg, impossible wasn't an option.

The 22-year-old took matters in his own hands and built the home of his dreams. A tiny 230-square-foot home that is completely unique.

"I didn't like paying rent every month -- seeing that money go down the drain, and I wanted to put my money toward something that would last longer," Langenberg said.

The first-time homeowner built his home in Jacksonville, Florida, where he attends college -- and while he doesn't have a roommate at the moment, he is surprisingly open to the idea.
