Oh, Millennials. They are a mystery. What drives them? What makes them loyal to a company? What is their favorite hashtag? So many questions.

But what makes the approximately 56 million Millennials working today want to work at certain companies over others? Is it just the right perks? Is it a mentor program that is provided to them? Is it a student loan payoff program? Is it unlimited vacation or on-site daycare?

Indeed.com analyzed 72 million company reviews and ratings from millennials to determine what companies millennials rated the highest — many of which have open positions on Ladders.
