Wild Workspace: Inside the stunning offices of Ceros

You may not realize it, but your office space is just as important as the work you are doing.

According to Jon Fredrik Baksaas, CEO of Telenor, having a well thought out office design can improve communication, accelerate decision making and in most instances, create what he calls "an attacking mindset." And the more tailored an office space is to its company needs, the more successful employees will be.

Simon Berg, CEO of Ceros, an interactive content creation platform for designers and marketers, realized this fact early on, and his company’s ‘Wild Workspace’ is a true reflection of creativity and innovation. Ceros is located in New York City, and while the outside may look like just another building in the city, the inside tells a completely different story.

The walls compete with the work for creativity, meetings are held in secret rooms and employees mingle at an in-house British pub with their coworkers - and their dogs!

While the decked-out interior is definitely eye-catching, Berg hopes that all of the fun designs and secret rooms give employees the inspiration to be their best and most creative selves.
