How a marketplace in New Orleans is giving back to the community

It's been more than 12 years since Hurricane Katrina struck the city of New Orleans and its residents. In one of the hardest-hit neighborhoods, the Lower Ninth Ward, the rebuilding has taken nearly a decade. Life-long resident and former military police officer Burnell Cotlon invested $80,000 of his life savings and the past 4 years into bringing a grocery store back to the area but has faced a number of business problems.
