Cardi B's dentist is making a fortune after 'Bodak Yellow' hits No. 1 on the charts

If you're a fan of hip-hop music then you've probably heard of Cardi B. The Bronx rapper gained popularity from her hilarious 60-second Instagram videos where she talked about everything from fashion to stripping.

While Cardi may have initially started out as a social media celebrity, the reality star managed to transform her talents and significant fan base into something even more historical: topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Not since Lauryn Hill's 'Doo Wop (That THing)' record in 1998 has another female rapper earned the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100 Chart without a feature or any other accompanying act.

But while Cardi's success has resonated with many across the world, there is one person in particular who is also profiting off the hit single 'Bodak Yellow.' Those who have been following the rapper since her humble beginnings know she received a smile transformation last year, which she references in her song. Since Cardi uttered the lines, "Got a bag and fixed my teeth. Hope you hoes know it ain't cheap," her dentist, Dr. Catrise Austin, says her business has 'tripled.'

"Just this week I've gotten so many calls because people actually wonder who is Cardi B's dentist," Dr. Austin said in a video published on TMZ.
