Research shows that on average it takes 23.8 days to be hired in the U.S. However, in the retail industry, offers are being doled out even faster than that. We took a look at this year's Best Places to Interview and the retail companies that were recognized. Turns out, not only do stores like J. Crew and Old Navy hire fast, but they've got pretty good ratings and reviews from candidates.
