'Hobbit Hut' listed on Airbnb inside of animal sanctuary

Love him or hate him, you have to admit that Frodo had a pretty sick pad.

Those little hobbit homes were pretty legit — quaint, cute, entrenched in nature, isolated from loud noises and other people, etc.

Kind of seems like the ideal disconnecting getaway, right?

Well, if you're looking to make that a reality anytime soon, it looks like your destination might be Geyserville, California where you can rent out a real-life hobbit house quite literally in the middle of the woods.

With one bedroom and one bathroom, the Hobbit Hut is described as an "Earth House" per its listing, meaning that the mattress of the bed is on an Earth pad, which means "you are being grounded as you sleep, which is very healthy."

Very healthy, indeed.

Check out this earthy place below:

The home (hut? house? cave?) is made from adobe brick and adorned with gorgeous stain glass windows, with access to a private outdoor fireplace and an outdoor adobe oven, which is about as rustic as it gets ... Brick oven pizza, anyone?

But the coolest part about this place isn't just the hut itself, but where it's located — On a property called "Isis Oasis Sanctuary," which contains a completely private and unmatched exotic animal sanctuary.

We're talking access to living amongst Ocelots, Emus, Alpacas, Servals, Emus — You name it.

The property also grants all renters access to an outdoor pool, a sauna, hot tub and full-sized kitchen (if the adobe oven just isn't lighting your fire, so to speak).

So, if you're looking to make like Frodo and become one with the au-natural lifestyle, you might want to get booking -- the owners promise a "magically memorable experience."

How could you turn that down?
