Budweiser is going green!

OK, it's not happening tomorrow, but Anheuser-Busch InBev, the company behind Bud, Corona and Stella Artois has pledged all of its purchased electricity will come from renewable sources by 2025.

By 2025, popping open a Budweiser will mean you're doing something good for the environment. Well, sorta....

By doing so, AB InBev would reduce its carbon footprint by 30 percent, which is the equivalent of removing 500,000 cars from the road. Good job, Bud!

The company is following in the footsteps of others like Coca-Cola and Ikea, which are going 100 percent renewable.

The change will be a massive undertaking as AB InBev has 264 breweries with about 200,000 employees spread out across more than 50 countries.

Wow, that's a lot of numbers. I think I need a beer.
