YOUR MAMA'S NOTES: Supermodel Tyra Banks hoisted her multi-unit combination condominium at the colossal, eco-oriented Riverhouse complex in New York City's Battery Park neighborhood up for sale at $17.5 million. Outfitted out with state of the art security and a comprehensive home automation system, the mansion-sized apartment on the 22nd and 23rd floors of the 31-story tower is also available as a furnished or unfurnished luxury rental at an eye-popping $50,000 per month.

The veteran catwalker, who created and hosts the long-running reality series "America's Next Top Model" and recently took over the co-hosting duties of Nick Cannon on "America's Got Talent," acquired the four units that comprise the approximately 7,000-square-foot, two-floor aerie in early 2009 for a total of $10,131,000. Miz Banks told The New York Times she spent almost as much on the combination, renovation and decoration of the apartment that features textured wall treatments, wide plank oak floorboards and exotic wood details. There are a total of five bedrooms and five full and three half bathrooms.

An entrance gallery on the lower level leads to a spacious, corner living room that appears to hover over the Hudson River with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views that include the Statue of Liberty. A cozily proportioned, wood-paneled library/media lounge features built-in banquette seating and a faux-fireplace surrounded by open bookshelves while the eat-in kitchen has two-tone cabinetry, a center island with zebrawood counter top and a colorful, banquette-lined dining nook designed to resemble a booth at a fine dining establishment.

Take a look at the lavish home below:

The sprawling apartment was configured to maximize privacy with separate areas for living and entertaining, business operations, guests and staff. In addition to a self-contained guest wing with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette, the lower floor also has a suite of offices, a river-view fitness room, a mirrored dressing room, a fully equipped hair salon, and a dedicated staff suite with private entrance and full kitchen. An en suite guest bedroom on the upper level is joined by the massive master suite that encompasses a window-lined bedroom, private sitting room with mini-bar, two lavishly appointed bathrooms and a pair of custom-fitted walk-in closets.

Residents of Riverhouse complex, who include Leo DiCaprio, are provided with 24-hour doormen and concierge services, on-site valet parking, a fitness center with yoga studio, a 50-foot-long indoor swimming pool, a media café, and a pet grooming suite.

Miz Banks, who gave birth to her first child early last year with Norwegian fine art photographer Erik Asla, has been a regular in the real estate gossip columns the last couple of years. In October 2014 she coughed up $3.295 million for a contemporary residence in Pacific Palisades and the following April she sold a 2,073-square-foot, two-bedroom condo in New York's SoHo 'hood for $4.025 million. After putting it up for sale on in September 2015 at $7.75 million, the now 40-something-year-old smizing supermodel sold her long-time home in Beverly Hills in July 2016 for $6.33 million and the following month splashed out $7.35 million in an off-market deal for a second Pacific Palisades residence, a three-story contemporary perched on a high bluff with bird's eye coastline views. In addition to her homes in Los Angeles, Miz Banks also maintains a residence in northern California where property records and other online resources suggest she quietly scooped up an unassuming if hardly inexpensive farmhouse-style residence in an established neighborhood near downtown Sonoma in the spring of 2015 for almost $2.2 million.
