Amazon now delivers groceries straight to your trunk

Amazon keeps making life easier. Perhaps a little too easy?

The online giant has launched AmazonFresh Pickup, a fast and easy grocery pick-up service which might put companies like WalMart under pressure.

The beta program is currently open in Seattle with two stores, but it's only available for Amazon employees.

First, you order your groceries online. Then you reserve a pick-up time. Your order could be ready in as little as 15 minutes. All you have to do is pull up to the AmazonFresh store and an employee will deliver the order right to your trunk. No need to get out of the car!

Once it officially launches the service will be free for Amazon Prime members.
