Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan expecting their second child

Congrats are in order for Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan!

The Facebook CEO announced on (where else?) Facebook on Thursday that his wife, 32, is pregnant with their second child -- another baby girl.

Zuckerberg, 32, who was raised with three sisters, expressed elation about bringing another little girl into his growing brood, especially after Chan faced difficulty conceiving the first time around.

"When Priscilla and I first found out she was pregnant again, our first hope was that the child would be healthy. My next hope was that it would be a girl. I cannot think of a greater gift than having a sister and I'm so happy Max and our new child will have each other," Zuckerberg wrote.

The announcement, which came just one day after International Women's Day, also touched on the power of women.

"We are all better people because of the the strong women in our lives -- sisters, mothers and friends. We can't wait to welcome our new little one and do our best to raise another strong woman," he wrote.

Chan gave birth to their first daughter, Max, in November 2016. Less than a year later, the couple announced an investment of $3 billion to prevent, cure and manage all diseases within Max's lifetime.

"We want to build a future in which our children can live long and rewarding lives," Chan said at the time.
