In an interview with CNBC, Buffett promised to give $1 million a year for life to the person who can guess which teams will reach the NCAA men's tournament 'Sweet 16' in the month of March.

The catch? You have to work for him. Buffett's billion dollar company, Berkshire Hathaway, employs 367,700 people and last year's contest did not see a winner. The two people who tied with the most accurate guesses each received $50,000.

If you work for Buffet it's time to start coming up with your bracket and feel the March Madness.
