Pop-Tarts just drastically expanded its menu

By Nathan Rousseau Smith, Buzz60

If you like your Pop-Tarts as plain as unfrosted brown sugar, look away.

Kellogg's is graduating the Pop-Tart from breakfast food, to full-out meal. We have Pop-Tart nachos, burritos, pizza, tacos, and chili fries.

It gets stranger.

They also have shakes, cheesecakes, something called a tart-a-misus, and cake poppers.

The curious culinary creations can be found at the Kellogg's cereal bar in New York City from February 21st through the 26th.

The Personal Pop-Tarts pizza has a crust made of Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts, a strawberry filling as the marinara sauce, the frosting is the cheese, and dried fruit slices serve as the pepperoni.

For those who have pigeon-holed pop-tarts as an on-the-go breakfast, or maybe just a fragment of your childhood memories, the idea might seem a bit bizarre.

But, now Pop Tarts can finally go to being part of a complete diet!

We're not sure what Gretchen Weiner thinks about all this.
