Condom company owner buys baby food manufacturer

One group wants to help you avoid having babies -- but if it happens anyway, it will also help you feed them.

Reckitt Benckiser Group (RB) recently made a deal to buy Mead Johnson Nutrition Co., which manufactures baby food, according to a press release.

The group is also the corporate owner of the condom company Durex.

Before you call Alanis Morissette, it's not as ironic as you think -- RB actually owns a ton of different brands, including Lysol, Clearasil and French's.

Durex itself was only acquired by the company in 2010.

What's next for RB, you ask? Perhaps they will buy a maternity clothing outfitter.
