Major chain restaurant creates vegetarian menu for 'rock stars'

Their t-shirts say, "Love All. Serve All," but the popular chain restaurant Hard Rock Cafe has almost exclusively catered to carnivores, until now!

In honor of National Vegetarian Month, Hard Rock Cafe is serving up a special menu to satisfy a crowd more likely to go for tofu than pork chops.

Makes sense, seeing as how all the rock stars are going veggie and vegan these days.

The additional menu items were inspired by popular demand from many of the restaurant's U.S. based customers. The new cuisine includes a cauliflower burger and a fennel beet orange salad.

Hard Rock Cafe's veggie initiative even extends to the bar! The Very Veggie Tini and the Bell Pepper Martini can offer customers a daily dose of vitamins as well as a good buzz.

For the rocker who wants to stay away from rehab, there's a mocktail called the Wascally Wabbit, which is a blend of carrot, orange and apple juices.

With such an inclusive new menu, now even more tourists will be sporting those classic Hard Rock t-shirts!
