Ginnifer Goodwin (Once Upon a Time) is freeing up her historic Hollywood Hills home for another starlet to take on ownership of the longtime bachelorette pad.

The married, mother-of-two actress is listing her three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story abode for $1.499 million.

Goodwin, who bought the property in December 2008 for $1.07 million, is one of numerous A-list actresses who have resided there, including Rose McGowan (purchased in 2001), Rachel Bilson (purchased in 2004) and Busy Philipps (purchased in 2005).

Built in 1923, the 2,204-square-foot Theodore Wright Jr. House sits on an 0.08-acre lot in the hills of Whitley Heights.

Though Goodwin's home has been renovated throughout, it continues to embrace its Old World charm in the form of custom built-ins, subway tiles, charming patterned wallpaper, a wood-burning fireplace, French doors and crown moldings.

With views of the Hollywood sign and bright city lights, the property is an entertainer's delight with its landscaped backyard, fire pit, outdoor seating areas and numerous indoor living spaces.
