Ford Motor Company's Chairman on His Favorite Product: Mustang

The Mustang has fans in high places: Ford Motor Company's Executive Chairman Bill Ford -- Henry Ford's great-grandson -- presented a 50th anniversary model in New York last month. Source: Ford Motor Co.

Even though the company didn't have any major new products to announce, Ford  had very big presence at last month's New York International Auto Show.

We -- the Motley Fool's John Rosevear and Rex Moore -- were there, and we brought you extensive coverage of all of the show's highlights. Many of those involved Ford: We've shown you excerpts from Chief Operating Officer Mark Fields' keynote speech, the four-door version of the refreshed-for-2015 Focus compact , and the special 50th anniversary edition of Ford's all-new Mustang -- as well as Ford's epic stunt involving a new Mustang and the Empire State Building.

We also had the opportunity to interview Mark Fields, who talked to us about the Mustang as well as about Ford's ongoing turnaround effort in Europe -- something that takes on a bit of added significance, now that Fields has been tapped by Ford's board of directors to replace retiring CEO Alan Mulally in July.

But in going through our vast video haul from the show, we've found a few other things that we thought might be of interest to Fool readers -- including some footage of Ford's press event on the first day of the show, where Mark Fields was master of ceremonies -- and where that new anniversary Mustang was presented by Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford.

Bill Ford isn't just Ford's executive chairman, he's -- as you'd expect -- a passionate car enthusiast. As he explains in this presentation, the Mustang is his favorite. This video is definitely worth a look, not just to see what it's like when an automaker shows off a new product, but to get a closer look at Ford's executive chairman -- the steady hand behind the company's dramatic global renaissance.

Are you ready to profit from this $14.4 trillion revolution?
Let's face it, every investor wants to get in on revolutionary ideas before they hit it big. Like buying PC-maker Dell in the late 1980s, before the consumer computing boom. Or purchasing stock in e-commerce pioneer in the late 1990s, when it was nothing more than an upstart online bookstore. The problem is, most investors don't understand the key to investing in hyper-growth markets. The real trick is to find a small-cap "pure-play" and then watch as it grows in EXPLOSIVE lockstep with its industry. Our expert team of equity analysts has identified one stock that's poised to produce rocket-ship returns with the next $14.4 TRILLION industry.
