Samsung could be switching its focus to copying Google instead of Apple with its newest initiative, Galaxy Glass. Kantar World Panel has released the latest numbers in the smartphone war, which show that Google's Android platform still dominates, BlackBerry is gasping its last breath, and Windows Phone may be cementing itself firmly in third place. Apple, meanwhile, may be gearing up to release iPhones with sapphire glass screens sometime in the near future, and the company may also be regaining a foothold in Russia that it lost four years ago.
