The Dow Jones Industrial Average has had a great run in 2013, but can the streak continue next year? The answer may lie within the reason stocks are up so much this year. The market has really been driven by multiple expansion, not earnings growth, as indicated by the increase in the Dow's P/E ratio to 16.4 from 14.5 a year ago.
