Lululemon's PR Nightmare
Late last week during a Bloomberg Street Smart interview, lululemon athletica founder Chip Wilson stated that "some women's bodies just actually don't work" in regards to Lululemon's products. Outrage naturally followed these comments, sending Lululemon's shares down a bit before they subsequently recovered.
Consumer Goods analysts Michael Finarelli and Sean O'Reilly join Mark Reeth to discuss Mr. Wilson's comments and how they could affect the company as it heads toward its earnings report in early December. Neither of them think that this will hurt the company too badly, though on top of a see-through pants scandal and questions about management, this isn't exactly good news.
