1 Reason I'm Not Buying Microsoft

There are a couple of good reasons to be bearish on Microsoft right now, Fool contributor Demitrios Kalogeropoulos argues. Still, none are as important as the lack of clarity on what the company's management team will look like next year.

In the video below, Demitrios says the wide range of names being batted around as potential replacements for CEO Steve Ballmer makes Microsoft's long-term plans impossible to gauge. That's particularly important as the Microsoft finds itself in the middle of a major strategic shift, and is set to deal with the operational challenge of bringing Nokia's devices business into the fold. Uncertainty at the top during this time should be enough to keep prospective Microsoft investors on the sidelines for now, Demitrios argues.
