Is SodaStream a Fad?

Israeli-based SodaStream has been popping higher as investors gravitate toward its growing popularity with consumers smitten by the prospects of making their own carbonated beverages. The rally comes despite Starbucks filing a trademark for Fizzio, an industrial beverage-making system that also happens to make fizzy drinks.
