LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Flow International Corporation ("Flow" or the "Company") (NAS: FLOW) related to the proposed acquisition of the Company by American Industrial Partners.
