Fifth Third Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend on its Common Stock

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fifth Third Bancorp (NAS: FITB) today declared a third quarter 2013 cash dividend on its common shares of $0.12. The cash dividend is payable on Thursday, October 17, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Monday, September 30, 2013.

The Company had $123 billion in assets as of June 30, 2013 and operates 18 affiliates with 1,326 full-service Banking Centers, including 104 Bank Mart® locations open seven days a week inside select grocery stores and 2,376 ATMs in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia and North Carolina.
