Simple and Efficient 'Apply with Monster' Integration Makes Applying to Jobs Easier for Millions of Job Seekers

MAYNARD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Monster.com, the worldwide leader in successfully connecting people to job opportunities and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYS: MWW) recently launched 'Apply with Monster,' a new integration for career sites that makes applying for jobs as simple as a single click. 'Apply with Monster' is designed to benefit career sites by increasing the number of applications to jobs through a simpler, faster apply process for job seekers while providing companies access to millions of Monster job seekers and their professional resumes. ZipRecruiter, a web-based service that enables employers to post to more than 40 of the web's leading job boards with one submission, launched 'Apply with Monster' in April 2013 and it quickly became the site's top third-party apply option.

"It took Monster just three months to become the most used button on our site and by month four it was ahead by 51%," said Ian Siegel, Cofounder and CEO of ZipRecruiter. "ZipRecruiter has experienced a 13% increase in conversion rates (seekers who apply for jobs) since launching the new capability. Monster just gave us all a lesson in the power of a mature brand."

Recruiting firm CyberCoders is experiencing more than a 10% increase in applicants since launching 'Apply with Monster' in August.
