The integration of nGenius Voice | Video Manager with Microsoft Lync Server enables real-time, end-to-end performance management of unified communications (UC) service delivery that combines performance metrics from endpoints, call path, and other critical UC elements. Lync makes communications more collaborative and accessible regardless of a user's physical location, improving both service quality and availability - two elements critical to maximizing business value.
