ACE Risk Management Enhances ACE Accelerator, A Solution for Documentation of Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists Coverage
New Electronic Signature Capability Further Streamlines ACE's Award-winning Technology Solution
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ACE Risk Management®, the primary casualty division of ACE USA, today announced that it has enhanced its award winning ACE AcceleratorSM program, which allows users to electronically sign their state UM/UIM coverage election forms. Introduced in 2012, this interactive web-based portal was designed exclusively for ACE Risk Management (ARM) clients and brokers to streamline the completion of UM/UIM coverage election forms.
Since its introduction, ACE Accelerator users have hailed the system for its ease of use and impressive functionality that allows for quick review and completion of all the forms needed for their UM/UIM coverage elections. When first introduced to the program, ACE Risk Management clients were quick to embrace the technology because it simplified a once-cumbersome and time consuming process. The enhanced electronic signature functionality virtually eliminates all manual aspects of the process. Through the use of technology, it is possible for ACE Risk Management clients to complete a task in minutes that previously took days.
"ACE Risk Management is excited to release this new enhancement of ACE Accelerator," said Matt Merna, Division President of ACE Risk Management. "Our users remain enthusiastic about the technology advances we employ to help streamline the various challenges they encounter on any given day. It's truly a comprehensive solution and one that will assist them in their overall efforts to effectively manage their risk management programs now and for years to come."
Gary Kramer, Vice President, ACE Risk Management added, "At ACE, we continually look for ways to improve and create value for our clients. When looking at the UM/UIM coverage election process, we listened to our clients and brokers and developed a technology that ensures regulatory compliance and contract certainty, while streamlining a once tedious and cumbersome process." With just one click of a button, ACE Risk Management clients will be able to electronically sign the various UM/UIM forms for every state.
Long known for providing high levels of customized service, the ARM team was pleased to respond to this unmet need for easing the process of meeting state regulatory requirements. Remarked Mr. Kramer, "We were eager to develop a technology solution for electronic signature, which is the feature most requested by our clients. We are thrilled that ACE Accelerator has been so well received. With the electronic signature enhancement, ACE Accelerator is now a fully integrated, fully electronic service resource."
