Cinemark Holdings, Inc. Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.25 Per Share

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYS: CNK) , one of the largest motion picture exhibitors in the world, announced today that its Board of Directors increased its annual dividend 19% to $1.00 per share of common stock, or $0.25 per share quarterly. The $0.25 per share dividend will be paid on September 12, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 28, 2013.
