Thomas Properties Group Declares Q3 Dividend
Thomas Properties Group has elected to maintain its dividend policy for the time being. The real estate concern declared a common stock disbursement of $0.02 per share for its Q3; this will be paid on September 9 to shareholders of record as of August 21. The dividend declaration comes several days after the company released its Q3 results. For the quarter, the company posted $22.2 million in total revenues and an attributable net loss of $5.6 million ($0.12 per diluted share). Those figures for Q3 2012 were $20.8 million and a shortfall of $4.8 million ($0.12), respectively.
The just-declared distribution annualizes to $0.08 per share. That yields 1.4% at Thomas Properties' most recent closing stock price of $5.72.
