TeleTech Holdings Increases Sales but Misses Revenue Estimate
TeleTech Holdings (NAS: TTEC) reported earnings on July 30. Here are the numbers you need to know.

TeleTech Holdings chalked up revenue of $289.7 million. The seven analysts polled by S&P Capital IQ predicted a top line of $299.0 million on the same basis. GAAP reported sales were 0.3% higher than the prior-year quarter's $288.8 million.

EPS came in at $0.35. The eight earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ forecast $0.35 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.35 for Q2 were 13% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.31 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.23 for Q2 were 130% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.10 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 27.9%, 30 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.1%, 10 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 4.3%, 250 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $311.5 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.39.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.23 billion. The average EPS estimate is $1.52.
