MDC Holdings Beats Up on Analysts Yet Again

For the quarter, gross margin was 19.5%, 360 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 7.0%, 590 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 54.1%, much better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $450.7 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.68.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.76 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.42.
