JERUSALEM--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) (TASE: BLRX), a biopharmaceutical development company, announced today that it will release its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, before the U.S. markets open.

The Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 6 at 10:00 a.m. EDT featuring remarks by Kinneret Savitsky, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of BioLineRx, and Philip Serlin, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of BioLineRx.
