State Street Corporation Clarifies Record Date for Quarterly Dividend on Its Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- State Street Corporation (NYS: STT) today announced that, as a result of the Labor Day Holiday on September 2, 2013 and in accordance with the terms of the preferred stock, the effective record date for the non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series C cash dividend will be September 3, 2013. This date is the next succeeding business day after our previously announced September 2, 2013 record date. The Series C cash dividend remains payable on September 16, 2013.
