(Pinksheets: SRPX) (the "Company"), a developmental-stage industrial, hazardous and toxic waste disposal services company in the Baja Mexico/California region, has finalized its audits for its operating subsidiary, Scorpex International, Inc., for the years ending September 30, 2010 and 2011.
