Logitech International Beats on Both Top and Bottom Lines

EPS came in at $0.02. The two earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted -$0.07 per share. Non-GAAP EPS were $0.02 for Q1 compared to -$0.14 per share for the prior-year quarter. GAAP EPS were $0.01 for Q1 versus -$0.32 per share for the prior-year quarter.

For the quarter, gross margin was 35.2%, 380 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 0.5%, 580 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 0.2%, much better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $499.8 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.08.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $2.01 billion. The average EPS estimate is $0.29.
