(OTCBB:TPNL), a payments solution company focused on prepaid debit card processing and program management, is pleased to announce that it has engaged Williams Financial Group (WFG) as its Capital Markets Advisor. Williams Financial will assist the Company's Board of Directors and management in connection with funding 3Pea International's domestic and international expansion, including the development and rollout of the PaySign® brand of prepaid solutions, mergers and acquisitions and the Company's general corporate purposes.
